Hello lovely Switzerland

How are you?

I am doing fine:)

Grand Rapids is a really beautiful and nice place. It’s different than home but I really like it, especially the people who are nice and friendly here.

I really like to spend time with my host family and their children and grandchildren.

 I already got the chance to meet most of their 7 children and 24 grandchlidren, which I think are all really funny and friendly.

Overall, I think it’s a funny, crazy and just lovely family.

School is going good too. Grand Rapids Christian High School is different than schools in Switzerland. For example, the students have the same schedule everyday for a whole semester, which I think is sometimes a little bit boring, but okay. For me some parts of the school seem acually similar to the schools you can see in all the teen movies. Which seems kinda funny to me.

Next Wednesday we will leave the green Grand Rapids and go to the nice big city of Chicago. I’m really looking forward to going there.

I’m thankful to have this opportunity and to share it with my friends.

These are the kind of memories no one’s going to forget.
